INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup virgin olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, finely minced OR 1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid, shake until well combined.
Refrigerate and let flavours blend for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours, before serving.
