Summer Vinaigrette with Lemongrass and Basil

I’m excited to present my delightful Summer Vinaigrette recipe to you today! It's slightly tangy, a bit sweet, has a hint of mustard, and is absolutely perfect for drizzling over a mixed greens salad. Everyone who has tried this vinaigrette loves it! Yum! So, let me show you how to make it…

Ingredients
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
3/4 cup organic apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup honey mustard
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt with maybe a sprinkle or two more to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 drops doTerra Lemongrass essential oil
2 drops doTerra Basil essential oil
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a quart sized jar and shake well. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Remember to taste before serving. You can always add a drop of essential oil. It is very concentrated.
