INGREDIENTS
1 medium egg, at room temperature
80 grams caster sugar
125 grams crunchy peanut butter, at room temperature
pinch or two of chilli powder
40 grams hard fudge, finely chopped
40 grams dark chocolate, finally chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 180ºC and line two baking trays with baking paper.
Place the egg and sugar in a bowl and break up with a whisk. Add the peanut butter and chilli powder and mix well.
Add the chopped fudge and cholate and mix in.
Spoon heaped dessertspoons of the mixture onto the lined baking trays and spread out slightly, as the mixture will not spread much, then bake for 12-14 minutes.
when cooked, remove the cookies from the paper with a palette knife and cool on a wire rack.
