This was the first recipe my daughter invented and named by herself. It can by made using the fruit of the season, or what you have in the house. "It is more about the layers" - she says!
INGREDIENTS
Double cream yogurt (any flavour will work)
Fruit, cut into cubes
Muesli/granola (without dried fruit bits. She doesn't like them)
INSTRUCTIONS
Start with a layer of yogurt, about 2 tablespoons.
Then a layer of fresh fruit. Until the yogurt layer is covered.
Followed by a layer of granola.
Repeat the layers as many times as needed, depending on the size of the glass. Oh, it has to be prepared and served in a nice tall glass!
Finish off with fresh fruit and a small dollop of yogurt.
